Martin Salama is a Life Coach, an author, and the Architect of The Warriors L.I.F.E. Code. He specializes in helping people frustrated in their life quickly shift their mindset to UNCOVER their greatness so they can live their true potential and enjoy LIFE! The key to his success is he has mastered the ability to Live Incredibly Full Everyday! – Which he turned into the acronym L.I.F.E. and created the Warriors L.I.F.E. Code coaching program.

How to Live an Incredibly Full Life Everyday

Do you want to be happy? Maybe you feel like you must sacrifice certain parts of your life to fulfill others. The good news is you don’t have to neglect work, health, or relationships to be truly happy. However, living life to the fullest doesn’t mean you ignore your responsibilities and live a carefree life. According to Martin Salama, happiness is a state of mind. But learning how to live life to the fullest doesn’t happen overnight. It takes dedication. It takes hard work. And it definitely takes responsibility.

You are responsible for your own happiness. Live in the moment. Live for the present and notice what’s around you. Practice mindfulness and note how you feel and why you feel that way. Remember, life is short; you only live once. Learning to live an incredibly full life is an important step to making the most of every day.

Lessons From a Recovering People Pleaser

People-pleasing is constantly trying to make others happy or meet their expectations, often at the expense of your needs, wants, and well-being. People-pleasers often go out of their way to accommodate others, seek validation and approval, and avoid conflict or disapproval. While it may seem like a positive trait, people-pleasing can have negative consequences, such as feelings of resentment, burnout, and a lack of fulfillment in one’s own life.

If you always feel compelled to meet people’s needs before your own, Martin’s 3-step process to overcome people-pleasing might be all you need.

  1. Admission – Admit that the way you’re living now is not working. Be brave enough to admit that you must take your life back and that your needs matter too.
  2. Cleansing – It’s time to let go of the feelings holding you back. Realize that you have a choice. Say no more often and drop everything that doesn’t align with your life goals.
  3. Celebration – Celebrate every time you set boundaries. Create a list of all the times you set healthy boundaries. Each time you need a confidence boost, refer to it.

If you still can’t get over your people pleasing tendencies, get yourself a coach. You might consider going into therapy if your issues are far deeper than initially imagined.

How to Go From Worrier to Warrior

Are you a worrier? Do you spend your time worried, frustrated, angry, or stuck in everything that you do? If this is you, you’re definitely longing to feel safe and secure in your life. Martin Salama has something he calls the Worrier to Warrior LIFE Code.

We all have things that worry us. Two years ago, it was the pandemic. Last year we had the Russia-Ukraine war, and now there’s repeated talk of an impending recession. So, yes, your worries are justified. But here’s the thing, worrying is essentially a waste of energy and a life less lived. Everyone has a warrior spirit, and we can learn how to conquer the worry monster. But it doesn’t come easy. You need to take daily action towards changing your attitude from worrying about the things that could go wrong to focusing on overcoming obstacles.
